Verdict
The clearest difference is ads: Clicka! at none against Cross Virus's shown. Clicka! also leads on rating (4.7 vs 4.3) and update cadence (weekly vs every 26 months). On price, review sentiment, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
Clicka! holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 4.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Clicka! has 2.4K ratings behind it against 8, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 100% of Cross Virus's written reviews are positive against 95% of Clicka!'s, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
Cross Virus ships an update every 26 months, Clicka! weekly. The most recent releases landed on June 23, 2026 and September 24, 2026 respectively.
