With the ZContinuous Feedback app it is possible to manage all the feedback processes that exist at the company; through the app it is in fact possible to manage spontaneous feedback, feedback requested by another person as well as feedback requested by the Human Resources department. Who it is addressed to The ZContinuous Feedback App is for employees of companies that have already activated the Continuous Feedback feature of the Human Resources Compensation and Assessment software.
