About

Okuu Book Tracker

Features

Okuu is a book tracker that lives on your phone and nowhere else. Scan the barcode on the back of a book, choose whether you want to read it, are reading it, or have finished it, and it is on your shelf. No account, no sign-in, no waiting for a server. Okuu is for remembering: what you own, what you have read, what you thought of it, and what is still waiting. It is not a social network. There is no feed, no followers, no recommendations, and nothing to scroll. ADDING A BOOK • Scan the barcode — usually on the back cover, near the price • Search by title or author • Type an ISBN • Or add it by hand, for a book no database knows Okuu looks a scanned book up and fills in the title, author, publisher, year, page count, cover and description. Every one of those fields stays yours to correct, and a field you have edited is never overwritten by a later refresh without asking you first. YOUR SHELF • Want to Read, Reading, Completed, Abandoned, On Hold • Read a book more than once — every reading is kept, with its own dates • Rate out of five, write a review, keep private notes • Owned, borrowed, digital, audiobook, previously owned — or leave it unset • Hardcover, paperback, ebook, audiobook • Grid or list, eight ways to sort, filters by status, ownership and format • Search across titles, authors, publishers and notes COVERS Okuu downloads a cover when it can. If it gets one wrong, photograph the book yourself or pick an image from Photos — a cover you choose is never replaced. WHAT YOU HAVE READ A quiet dashboard: what you are reading now and how long you have been on it, what you added recently, what is waiting. Statistics show what you finished this year against last year, month by month, and how your shelf splits across the statuses. PRIVACY Okuu has no account and no server. Your library is a file on your iPhone. There is no analytics, no tracking, no advertising and no third-party SDK of any kind. Nothing about you or your reading is collected, because there is nothing collecting it. The only thing Okuu sends anywhere is a book lookup — an ISBN, or a title you typed — to Google Books and Open Library, so it can tell you what the book is. Nothing identifies you, and nothing else leaves the device. Deleting a book puts it in Recently Deleted for 30 days first, and one Undo reverses whatever you just did. FREE Okuu is free. There are no ads, no subscription, and nothing to unlock in this version. Privacy Policy: https://www.abdylas.com/privacy Terms of Use: https://www.abdylas.com/terms
