Verdict
The clearest difference is update cadence: Funky Sweets at fortnightly against Kobe Rewards's every 7 months. Funky Sweets also leads on monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases). Kobe Rewards's advantage is ratings volume (131 vs 1) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.1). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
Funky Sweets holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Kobe Rewards has 131 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.
