Verdict
The clearest difference is review sentiment: WindowForecast at 100% against FishTrack's 38%. WindowForecast also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 4) and ads (none vs shown). FishTrack's advantage is ratings volume (6.3K vs 2) and chart position (#66 vs unranked). On price there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. FishTrack sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $14.99 per month. WindowForecast asks for nothing beyond the download.
WindowForecast holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: FishTrack has 6.3K ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 38% of FishTrack's written reviews are positive against 100% of WindowForecast's.
