Makon is Uzbekistan's real estate app — buy, rent, sell and list apartments, houses and land, all in one place. Thousands of listings across Tashkent, Samarkand and the rest of Uzbekistan, gathered onto a single map so you don't have to scroll a dozen channels to find them. FEATURES • Map search — every listing on one map, with the price on the pin and a Sale/Rent switch • Residential complexes — new builds get their own pin, showing how many listings are inside, the lowest price, and what most listings in that complex are asking • Smart filters — price, rooms, size, floor, property type, district and amenities, with a live result count • Saved searches — save a set of filters and hear about matches instantly, hourly, daily or weekly • Price-drop alerts — know the moment a home you are watching gets cheaper • Favourites — keep the ones you like in one list • Message sellers in the app, or call them directly • Seller profiles — their other listings, reviews, and a button to follow them • Voice search, and jump straight to a listing by its Makon ID • Prices in sum or dollars • Uzbek, Russian and English LOCATION MATTERS Every listing shows the distance to the nearest metro stations, schools and kindergartens, along with its price history and the typical price per m² in that area — so you can judge whether a price is fair before you pick up the phone.
