Verdict
The clearest difference is review sentiment: Oracle at 100% against Attack Drums's 34%. Oracle also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.4) and price ($12.99 vs $14.99). Attack Drums's advantage is update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 2 months) and ratings volume (23 vs 2). On ads, in-app purchases, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.
