Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Clear Reader ™ at 5.0 against العربي الجديد's 3.1. Clear Reader ™ also leads on update cadence (every 2 days vs every 11 days) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.6). العربي الجديد's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 1) and ratings volume (12 vs 1). On price, ads, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.
