Both are free to download. Thermometer sells 4 one-off in-app purchases. Thermometer. asks for nothing beyond the download.
Thermometer. holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Thermometer has 28 ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 38% of Thermometer.'s written reviews are positive against 81% of Thermometer's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
Thermometer. ships an update every 2 months, Thermometer every 5 weeks. The most recent releases landed on September 27, 2026 and October 1, 2026 respectively.
