La empresa Energía de Catamarca SAPEM pone a disposición de sus usuarios un centro de atención móvil para que puedan tener acceso a su información comercial, sumando un nuevo canal de comunicación con la Empresa. Esta aplicación persigue ante todo mejorar la comunicación de la EC SAPEM con sus más de 120.000 usuarios en todo el territorio provincial. Entre sus prestaciones, los usuarios podrán ingresar reclamos por cortes de servicio por accidentes o eventos climáticos y hacer el seguimiento de los mismos, visualizar gráficamente la evolución histórica de sus consumos y los vencimientos de estos, consultar datos del suministro, recibir avisos de cortes programados, como así también conocer los horarios de atención, teléfonos de contacto e información de lugares y formas de pago.

SmartPanics is the ideal platform to provide you with personal monitoring safety, either individually or as a family or corporate group. The App is connected to a service provider with a monitoring center, in a private security company or in a public government organization and sends alerts with map location, photos, audios and video clips as evidence of the event.
