Verdict
The clearest difference is review sentiment: Cocam at 61% against Image Sync's 13%. Cocam also leads on rating (3.9 vs 1.8) and update cadence (every 8 days vs every 3 months). Image Sync's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 3) and ratings volume (197 vs 7). On price, ads, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Image Sync ships an update every 3 months, Cocam every 8 days. The most recent releases landed on October 15, 2026 and October 7, 2026 respectively.
