This app was specifically developed as a tool for consumers to provide their complaints and inquiries about telecommunication services in Kuwait directly through CITRA. The data collected within the app will help CITRA to work with the service providers and improve the quality of services in the state of Kuwait. This App allows for the following features: Individuals Accounts: • Send complaint and inquiry about telecommunication services directly to CITRA Company Accounts: • Account overview • Penalties and Statement • Licensed Services • Create and follow up complaints After creating new customer account online through CITRA website: www.citra.gov.kw
