It does not diagnose or treat dyslexia. Your suggestions are welcome!

Verdict
The clearest difference is review sentiment: Math Word Problems at 100% against Navidys's 44%. Math Word Problems also leads on price ($6.99 vs $7.99). Navidys's advantage is rating (4.4 vs 3.0) and update cadence (fortnightly vs every 22 months). On ads, in-app purchases, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Math Word Problems costs $6.99 and Navidys $7.99 up front. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
Navidys holds the better App Store score, 4.4 against 3.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Navidys has 27 ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 100% of Math Word Problems's written reviews are positive against 44% of Navidys's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
Math Word Problems ships an update every 22 months, Navidys fortnightly. Both last shipped on October 16, 2026.
