KeepMyCar is a private log book for used and high-mileage cars. It keeps your service history, tells you what the car needs next, and reminds you before it is due โ no account, and everything stays on your iPhone. You add the records yourself: work done by an independent mechanic, a local shop, a dealer, or in your own driveway. KeepMyCar does not import service history from dealerships or vehicle-history networks. It gives you one place for the dates, mileage, costs, notes and receipt photos you choose to keep, and one screen that says what is overdue, due soon, or worth a closer look. WHAT YOU CAN DO - Get a maintenance list from your car's profile: oil and filter, brake fluid, coolant, transmission service, spark plugs, air filter - Read every item in plain English โ "due in 3 weeks", "6 months overdue", or up to date - Log service done by any mechanic, shop, dealer, or by you, with the date, mileage, cost, notes and a receipt photo - Close a maintenance cycle in one tap with "Done today" - Set your own interval on any item, in months or in miles, or add an item of your own - Keep documents with expiry dates โ insurance, inspection, registration โ and be reminded before they run out - Keep every car you own in one garage, and archive the one you sold with its history intact - Get a PDF service report โ the history and the documents, laid out for a buyer or a new mechanic - See what each car has cost you, by year, by job and by shop - Save your mechanics and parts stores with their phone numbers, and call them from the app - Work in miles or kilometres THE LOG BOOK Record a drive with its distance, its odometer readings and what it cost in fuel or tolls, attach a photo of the receipt, and let the app work out the closing odometer from the distance you entered. Share a trip as text, or export the log book as a spreadsheet or a PDF report. Entries are yours to write: KeepMyCar does not detect drives and does not use GPS or location. REMINDERS KeepMyCar can remind you on your iPhone before a service or a document is due. Reminders stay on the device, are kept few and useful, and it is your choice whether to turn them on at all. KEEPMYCAR PLUS โ TRY IT FREE FOR 7 DAYS Everything above is KeepMyCar Plus. New subscribers start with a 7-day free trial on the yearly plan; after it, Plus is $9.99 a year or $1.99 a month, or $24.99 once to keep it for good (US prices โ the App Store shows yours before you pay). Family Sharing is included. Where the App Store does not offer KeepMyCar Plus, everything is included at no charge. A subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial or the current period ends. Cancel any time in Settings โบ your name โบ Subscriptions. If a subscription ends, nothing is locked away: every car, record and photo stays on your iPhone, ready to open, share, export and back up. Already using KeepMyCar? Nothing changes for you: everything you had stays free, and if you bought Plus, it is yours for good. YOUR RECORDS STAY WITH YOU No account, no login. Your cars, service records, trips, notes and photos are stored on your iPhone, and KeepMyCar does not upload your vehicle or service data. Export your service history and your log book as spreadsheets, or take a full backup file you keep yourself and can load back later. BUILT FOR USED AND HIGH-MILEAGE CARS A car that has passed through several owners rarely comes with a tidy history. KeepMyCar is for the owner building that record from here on โ whoever did the work, and whatever the odometer says. A NOTE ON MAINTENANCE The maintenance list is general time- and mileage-based guidance, not a manufacturer-specific schedule. Always check your owner's manual, or ask a qualified mechanic about your specific car.
