If you are not an Enterprise user with the necessary server infrastructure, please consider our standard “TeamDrive 5” app. TeamDrive 5 SecureOffice makes viewing, creating, editing, printing and sharing Microsoft Office and other documents on the move easier through a contextual interface; drag and drop editing; sharing to email in original or PDF format; printing to thousands of wireless printers; and, of course, seamlessly syncing your documents directly into your TeamDrive Spaces all with a single click. With TeamDrive 5 SecureOffice, shared documents will never leave the app’s secure environment. Even when workers access and send files from their smartphones, TeamDrive 5 SecureOffice provides complete end-to-end encryption so the data are never left unsecured. In comparison to other cloud-based solutions, there are often times when data are transmitted without encryption. For example, the application may send unencrypted data to the cloud provider, and the cloud provider may send unencrypted data to a mobile device. TeamDrive 5 SecureOffice is the first solution of its kind to provide complete end-to-end encryption. Synchronization With TeamDrive 5 SecureOffice you can keep your data synchronized between various computers and smartphones easily and automatically. It’s like child’s play to share music, images, documents or folders of any sort with friends, family or work colleagues. TeamDrive 5 SecureOffice offers integrated document handling and is fully compatible with standard versions of TeamDrive and its Spaces. TeamDrive is available for all standard operating systems. Photo upload The TeamDrive app includes the direct upload from the Camera App into a TeamDrive Space/Folder. Offline synchronization Using a TeamDrive server makes it possible to synchronize data reliably even if one or more computers or smartphones are offline. As soon as the device regains internet access, the data are automatically synchronized. You can therefore work on your documents on a plane or train, for example, without an Internet connection. Management of access rights There are four different levels of access that you can allocate to individual group members: Read-Only, Read-Only (Anonymous), Read/Write, Superuser and Administrator. Version management With the TeamDrive version management system (versioning), you have the option to go back to earlier versions of documents and to track all of the changes made by group members. Comments Every group member can add as many comments to each individual version of a file as he or she wishes. Alternatively, these comments can also be sent simply by e-mail to individual group members or to the whole group. Conflict management Security The security and confidentiality of your data is the highest priority for TeamDrive. Before TeamDrive transfers your data, they are encrypted on your computer (AES-256). Only you decide who has access to your data. TeamDrive has been awarded the Data Protection Seal of Privacy of the ULD. Free choice of server TeamDrive offers two alternatives for synchronizing and safeguarding your data reliably: either you can use the TeamDrive Cloud Services, which means that we take care of everything, or you can use your own servers. On The Go! has a broad spectrum of functionality for users depending on their functional role. Users have all the key information required to complete their tasks at their fingertips when they are away from their desks whether they are connected or disconnected from the internet. On The Go! automatically detects when a device comes on and offline and synchronizes their data to TRIRIGA based on the application settings. Increase efficiency and decrease errors, use On The Go! to put TRIRIGA in the hands of your mobile workforce! With Services On The Go! technicians have all the key information required to complete their Work Tasks, including floor plans, required parts and equipment, procedures, manuals and more. Logging time has never been easier with the built-in task timer and simple time entries. Technicians working on an asset can also scan the bar code to see if there is additional work scheduled for that asset and even create a new Work Task to document impromptu repairs. If they see an issue that needs to be resolved by another discipline, they can create a service request and use TRIRIGA’s service routing to get the right workgroup assigned to the problem. An optional AI integration provides a troubleshooting assistant to chat with asset manuals using natural language and an asset creation tool that auto-populates asset details from Nameplate photos. Inspections On The Go! extends IBM TRIRIGA to perform inspections, collect data, record asset / building system conditions, and record opportunities for improvement. Facility Assessments are completed quickly and efficiently eliminating the need for secondary data entry. Inspectors performing assessments see floor plans, previous assessment information and more. While they are completing their inspection, they can create assets which are not in the system using automatic naming rules and immediately assess the asset’s condition, ensuring a thorough inventory of all of the facilities assets. With Supervisor On The Go!, supervisors now can manage their team’s work task assignments directly from their mobile device. Supervisors have a streamlined view of their team’s unassigned tasks along with team member’s current assignments, logged work and availability. Assigning work tasks is easier than ever! Supervisors also can review their team’s submitted time for approval. Inventory On The Go! simplifies the cycle count process, validating your actual inventory count matches what is in TRIRIGA using a mobile device. Warehouse staff can view their inventory items and quickly receive inventory from purchase orders and make other adjustments. They can also bulk process consumable inventory items requested for tasks. Requests On The Go! provides a simple interface for any user within the organization to create a Facilities request from their device. Space On The Go! allows TRIRIGA Space Managers to navigate floor plans and view/update space details, occupants, assets and charge to organizations, documents and comments. Service Locations On The Go! provides users with a Location-centric view of their OTG! data. This could be a simple view into the Property, Land, Buildings and floor plans for your organization, or if you have access to other OTG! modules, you could also view and manage your tasks, facility projects, and assets for your locations.
