Verdict
The clearest difference is update cadence: Impact Scoring at every 8 days against XFR's every 35 months. Impact Scoring also leads on review sentiment (67% vs 43%). XFR's advantage is rating (4.6 vs 4.3) and ratings volume (824 vs 26). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
XFR holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 4.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: XFR has 824 ratings behind it against 26, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 43% of XFR's written reviews are positive against 67% of Impact Scoring's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
XFR ships an update every 35 months, Impact Scoring every 8 days. Both last shipped on October 19, 2026.
