Beeping.me is the field app for service technicians and installers. The order from the office or a reviewed Describe case becomes one job with everything on it: the customer's text and photos, drawings with their revision, the pick list, the parts in the van and the manual for the machine on site. What it does • Orders: accept, start, finish. Each order carries address, contact, documents and photos. • Time: start work, travel or waiting with one tap. One clock per technician, so no hour is counted twice. Kilometres on travel. • Travel per day: every day on site gets the round trip from your base added by the app, shown next to the measured time and never mixed with it. • Photos: nameplates, the old installation, delivered parts and the finished work, kept on the order. • Nameplate reading: photograph the plate and the app looks the model up in the catalogue. • Alarm codes and fault findings: the manual's causes for the code on the display, and what it turned out to be. • Parts: a discontinued part number is matched to its documented successor. Disputed evidence is held back. • Van stock: what is in the van, what was taken on a job and what to reorder. • Drawings and documents on the job, with the revision you were given. Who it is for Service firms and their technicians, and the office that creates the orders. Organisations are kept apart: you see your own orders only. Access is by invitation from your organisation; there is no public sign-up. AI structures. The professional decides. Nothing is assigned or ordered automatically. Beeping.me is made by Amin VVS AB, Malmö.
