Spaghetti Chart

This app helps lean practitioners to draw a diagram of the path taken by a product or a person as it travels through the steps along a value stream. So called because usually the route often looks like a plate of spaghetti. Use a photo as a base to trace the drawing, introduce lenght and width and lenght can be calculated. Setting areas on the drawing, is possible to obtain the number of times that the product or person has entered in each area/process. And even obtain a log. All the info, including the spaghetti, can be send through email.
Cycle Time Calculator
This app offers four distinct calculators to measure production efficiency. It helps determine cycle time, parts per hour, and parts per day using various inputs like conveyor speed or known cycle times. Ideal for identifying bottlenecks in manufacturing environments.
- Cycle Time Calculation
- Parts Per Hour Calculation
- Parts Per Day Calculation
- Conveyor Speed Calculator
- Seconds and Minutes Calculators
- Bottleneck Identification

The Cycle Time Calculator can calculate the cycle time to almost process. It has 4 different calculators. The first one is a stopwatch that can not only calculate the Cycle Time, Parts Per Hour, and Parts Per Day; While using extra variables such as Parts Per Cycle, Hours per Shift, and Shifts per Day. The second Calculator is a Conveyor Feet Per Minute, that calculates cycle time, Parts Per Hour, and Parts Per Day based off speed of the conveyor, size of the parts and the spacing between the parts; It also has the extra variables such as Parts Per Cycle, Hours per Shift, and Shifts per Day. The third calculator is the Seconds Calculator, and the 4 the Calculator is the Minutes Calculator. These calculators are used if you have a known cycle time and desire to know the parts per hour and parts per shift while using the extra variables, Parts Per Cycle, Hours per Shift, and Shifts per Day. You can easily walk through a factory and find the bottlenecks.
