Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: JustShort at 4.7 against JaiKon's 3.0. JaiKon's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 19) and ratings volume (20 vs 3). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. JustShort sells 18 one-off in-app purchases. JaiKon asks for nothing beyond the download.
JustShort holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 3.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: JaiKon has 20 ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two.
