Verdict
The clearest difference is ads: Electric State at none against BooBaby's shown. Electric State also leads on update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 29 months) and monetization model (free vs ad-supported). BooBaby's advantage is iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.0). On price, rating, review sentiment and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.
