Verdict
The clearest difference is ads: Zubale at none against Que Opinas's shown. Zubale also leads on monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases) and update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 2 months). Que Opinas's advantage is ratings volume (4.8K vs 22). On price, rating, review sentiment and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.7 for Que Opinas against 4.7 for Zubale. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Que Opinas has 4.8K ratings behind it against 22, so its average is the more settled of the two.
