Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Que Opinas at 4.7 against Upaxer's 1.5. Que Opinas also leads on ratings volume (4.8K vs 6). Upaxer's advantage is monetization model (ad-supported vs free with in-app purchases) and update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 2 months). On price, review sentiment, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.
