Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Battery Watcher at 4.5 against Battery Watch's 2.5. Battery Watcher also leads on ratings volume (340 vs 4). Battery Watch's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 1) and iOS requirement (8.3 vs 18.6). On price, review sentiment, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Battery Watcher sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Battery Watch asks for nothing beyond the download.
Battery Watcher holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 2.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Battery Watcher has 340 ratings behind it against 4, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 67% of Battery Watch's written reviews are positive against 71% of Battery Watcher's.
