The clearest difference is rating: colorChopper at 5.0 against CPFlash's 3.0. colorChopper also leads on update cadence (every 2 months vs every 5 months) and iOS requirement (9.0 vs 12.1). CPFlash's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and monetization model (free vs ad-supported). On price, ratings volume, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.
