Verdict
The clearest difference is ads: Sensory Visage at none against Triple A's shown. Sensory Visage also leads on monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases) and review sentiment (100% vs 88%). Triple A's advantage is ratings volume (7.9K vs 2) and rating (4.7 vs 4.5). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
Triple A holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Triple A has 7.9K ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 88% of Triple A's written reviews are positive against 100% of Sensory Visage's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
