Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: 어이사마켓 at 5.0 against W컨셉's 4.1. W컨셉's advantage is update cadence (weekly vs every 20 months) and ratings volume (35 vs 1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.
Scored on Price · Rating · Positive reviews · Number of ratings · Update frequency · Ads · In-app purchases · Monetization · Best chart rank · Devices · Requires iOS
Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
어이사마켓 holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.1. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: W컨셉 has 35 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 76% of W컨셉's written reviews are positive against 64% of 어이사마켓's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
W컨셉 ships an update weekly, 어이사마켓 every 20 months. The most recent releases landed on October 29, 2026 and October 30, 2026 respectively.
