ReceptionRating · Positive reviews · Number of ratings

Tournament Maker holds the better App Store score, 4.2 against 3.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Tournament Maker has 774 ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 100% of Elo Challenge's written reviews are positive against 57% of Tournament Maker's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

UpkeepUpdate frequency

Elo Challenge ships an update every 2 months, Tournament Maker every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on September 9, 2026 and October 16, 2026 respectively.
