Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Working Timer at 4.9 against Station's 3.0. Working Timer also leads on update cadence (every 9 days vs every 2 months) and ratings volume (13 vs 2). Station's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 4) and ads (none vs shown). On price and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Working Timer sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month. Station asks for nothing beyond the download.
Working Timer holds the better App Store score, 4.9 against 3.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Working Timer has 13 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 48% of Station's written reviews are positive against 27% of Working Timer's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
Station ships an update every 2 months, Working Timer every 9 days. Both last shipped on October 24, 2026.
