Die Fw.Lager App unterstützt die Buchung von Bestandsveränderungen, also Zu- und Abbuchungen von Artikeln in einem Lager sowie Umbuchungen zwischen verschiedenen Lägern. Es können Läger mit und ohne Lagerortverwaltung (X-, Y-, Z-Koordinate + optionaler Zusatz) bebucht und verwaltet werden. Bei einem Lager mit Einteilung in Lagerorte können diese über die App ebenfalls angelegt und gelöscht sowie einem Artikel zugewiesen werden. Der Lagerbestand in einem Lager oder an einem Lagerort kann abgefragt, korrigiert und über eine Inventur kontrolliert werden. Ein zusätzliches Feature ist die Buchung von Ladungsträgern, also die Zuordnung von Material und dessen Stellplatz zu einem Fertigungsauftrag bzw. Arbeitsgang.
