Verdict
The clearest difference is review sentiment: 25/5 at 100% against Axure Cloud's 38%. 25/5 also leads on rating (5.0 vs 3.4) and update cadence (every 4 days vs every 6 months). Axure Cloud's advantage is ratings volume (7 vs 1) and iOS requirement (9.0 vs 11.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.
