Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Capitol Lakes at 5.0 against VERO's 4.2. Capitol Lakes also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 1) and iOS requirement (12.0 vs 17.0). VERO's advantage is update cadence (monthly vs every 13 months) and ratings volume (1.5K vs 1). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.
