Designed for skydivers and wingsuiters, Skydive Logger automatically records your jumps and captures detailed information so you can geek out on data back on the ground. Each jump log includes: - Exit and pull heights - Time in freefall - Vertical and horizontal speeds - Flight path displayed on a map - And lots more... Skydive Logger is packed with loads of additional features: - Jump signing so you can throw away that paper logbook. - AirPrint so you can print jump logs, including signatures. - iCloud support to back up your jumps and make them available on larger devices, including iPads. - Jump export to JSON and kmz formats for Google Earth™ so you can view your jump in 3D. - Apple Watch app for in-air information like the distance and direction to the landing area (requires 200 jumps). - Configurable in-air audio commentary telling you your speed, glide ratio, direction to landing area and much more (requires 200 jumps). - Access HealthKit to plot your heart rate against your jump data, so you can see how calm you were at key points. *Please note:* For recording jumps Skydive Logger works best on iPhones that include a barometer. It can also be installed on other iOS devices for viewing the data. Skydive Logger should only be used by skydivers with an FIA C-license or above in the UK and is not a replacement for jumping experience or common sense. Skydivers and wingsuiters outside of the UK should check local regulations or speak to an instructor before use.

The iPhone application is a viewer app only! You need to have a supported Apple Watch model to record your jumps, more details in the description below. Skydive Snitch is your ultimate Apple Watch jump tracker! With a clean user interface, it supports skydive and wingsuit mode, and provides valuable information about your jumps, such as: · Jump Count · Elapsed Time · Freefall Time · Canopy Time · Max Altitude · Exit Altitude · Opening Altitude · Ground Altitude · Max Vertical Speed · Max Horizontal Speed · Max G-Force · Total Distance · Total Energy Burned · Average Heart Rate · Max Heart Rate · Jump Map · Activity Rings Summary On the dropzone, specially with your suit on, you don’t necessarily have access to your phone at all time. This is why this tracker was designed as an Apple Watch standalone application, allowing you to record and see your jump history using only your watch. Simply start recording before boarding, and stop after landing. You also have the possibility to define a dropzone location and altitude in the settings, for instance when doing an in-jump, or if the landing area is not the same as your starting point. Scroll down in the jump view or use the Digital Crown to pause, resume, or finish the jump recording. On Apple Watch Ultra, you can specify the action triggered when pressing the Action button to open, or directly start to record a jump. To pause and resume the activity, press the side button and the Action button at the same time. The jump is also saved as a workout in the Fitness app, and update your health goals and Activity Rings accordingly. You can also see more information there like your heart rate graph. All related health and fitness data are integrated within the Health app. It requires the barometric sensor to track and compute the absolute altitude. This is why it is only available starting from the Apple Watch Series 6. If the accuracy is not sufficient, a tilde ~ is added before altitude and speed. In that case, the sensor gives inaccurate measurements and it might take some time between altitude updates. Currently supported models are: · Apple Watch Series 10 · Apple Watch Ultra 2 · Apple Watch Series 9 · Apple Watch Ultra · Apple Watch SE 2nd Gen · Apple Watch Series 8 · Apple Watch Series 7 · Apple Watch Series 6 Permissions are required for: · HealthKit: write workouts, access watch sensors, read active energy, activity, hearth rate · Motion & Fitness: altimeter, G-force sensor, barometric pressure · Location: heading, GPS location Skydive Snitch should only be used by skydivers with an appropriate license, and is not a replacement for an altimeter, jumping experience, or common sense. Skydivers should check local regulations or speak to an instructor before use. By default, only the last 7 jump records are available. The Skydive Snitch Pro subscription unlocks your complete jump history, and all new features as they become available, e.g. swiping left on a jump record to edit or delete it. It also helps to support this project, maintenance costs, and future developments. Keep calm and remember that this is still just an Apple Watch with basic sensors ;-) Not a fully-featured certified altimeter. Under certain conditions, the app may record and display invalid values, as it relies on the Apple Watch's barometric sensor, which can fail in extreme conditions such as skydiving. In order to deliver the best possible user experience, feedbacks and improvement ideas are more than welcome.
