Furthermore, the user has to acknowledge the receipt of the alarm message right after receiving it. Once the problem has been solved, the alarm message can be closed. In case the user does not respond to the alarm message within a certain period of time, further users will be informed through the escalation management integrated in FASTEC 4 PRO in order to rectify the reason that caused the alarm as soon as possible.
