Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: AllWest.TV at 4.2 against KlowdTV's 3.1. AllWest.TV also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 2) and ads (none vs shown). KlowdTV's advantage is review sentiment (24% vs 0%) and ratings volume (235 vs 5). On price and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. KlowdTV sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month. AllWest.TV asks for nothing beyond the download.
AllWest.TV holds the better App Store score, 4.2 against 3.1. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: KlowdTV has 235 ratings behind it against 5, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 24% of KlowdTV's written reviews are positive against 0% of AllWest.TV's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
KlowdTV ships an update every 5 weeks, AllWest.TV every 3 months. The most recent releases landed on November 1, 2026 and November 2, 2026 respectively.
