About

Kupaa

Flow state is the condition of complete absorption where focus feels effortless and the work feels alive. It is where your best work happens, and reaching it and staying there is the hard part. It takes 15 to 25 minutes to enter, and a single interruption costs an average of 23 minutes to recover from. Kupaa structures a session into timed focus segments and guided breathing breaks. Press start, and the rest runs automatically. The breathing break is the active recovery that keeps the cycle going. Resonance-frequency breathing (5 to 6 breaths per minute) restores HRV coherence within 3 to 5 minutes, which prevents the cognitive fatigue that would otherwise cut the next segment short. Kupaa is built for professionals whose best work requires holding complex models in working memory for hours, where every context switch carries measurable cost. What Kupaa includes: - Focus segments of 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, or 45 minutes - Guided breathing with animated rhythm and dedicated inhale and exhale audio - Ambient background sound to mask environmental variability during focus - Multiple breathing paces calibrated to natural resting rhythm - Automatic transitions between focus and breathing
