About

DeepGrading

Features

Grade handwritten exams with AI and keep the final say on every mark. DeepGrading brings answer-sheet checking, online exams and classroom management into one Grading Studio for teachers, schools, coaching institutes and tuition classes. Built for India, it helps you spend less time evaluating papers and use exam results to decide what to teach next. GRADE HANDWRITTEN AND DESCRIPTIVE ANSWERS Scan or upload student answer sheets for AI-assisted evaluation. Work with short answers, long descriptive responses and diagrams, not just multiple-choice questions. Evaluate the work students already do on paper without turning every assessment into an OMR test. DeepGrading is subject-agnostic: use your own question papers and marking criteria across Mathematics, Science, Social Science, English and other subjects. The assessment's content and approved marking standard guide the evaluation. CREATE THE ANSWER KEY WITH AI Upload your question paper and let DeepGrading prepare an AI-generated answer key. Review the expected answers and marking guidance, make changes where needed, and approve the standard before grading. Each answer sheet is assessed against that reviewed standard to support consistent marking across the class. Grading is grounded in the approved answers and criteria, with teacher review before results are shared. WORK IN YOUR GRADING STUDIO Review suggested marks and question-wise feedback alongside student work. Check descriptive responses, inspect diagram-based answers and adjust an evaluation wherever your judgement differs. Stay in control throughout: AI prepares the first evaluation; you review, edit and approve the results. Keep the question paper, answer key and evaluated answer sheets together so that a mark can be revisited with its context. SEE WHY MARKS WERE LOST AND WHAT TO RETEACH Move beyond a total score. Use qualitative feedback to understand what a student answered well, which points were missed and where the response needs improvement. At class level, identify recurring mistakes, difficult questions and common learning gaps. At student level, recognise individual strengths and areas that need attention. Use these exam insights to plan revision, focus remedial teaching and discuss progress with students and parents. Prepare for parent-teacher meetings with specific examples from the assessment, not marks alone. TURN QUESTION PAPERS INTO ONLINE EXAMS Create an online exam from an existing question paper without rebuilding it question by question. Bring paper-based tests and online assessments into the same platform, with results and student performance available for review. Use DeepGrading for class tests, unit tests, term examinations and practice assessments. Keep exam creation and answer-sheet evaluation connected to your classes. MANAGE CLASSES AND ATTENDANCE Organise students into classes and batches, record attendance and send classroom announcements. Keep assessment records, answer sheets, marks and feedback organised alongside everyday classroom work. For private tutors and tuition centres, bring regular tests and student records together. For schools and coaching institutes, help educators manage assessments and follow up on learning gaps. BUILT FOR INDIA'S EDUCATORS Use your own papers and marking schemes for CBSE, ICSE, ISC and State Board assessments. DeepGrading supports teacher-led evaluation; it does not claim affiliation with or endorsement by any board. TEACHER CONTROL AND STUDENT DATA You review and approve results before sharing them. Student data is encrypted in transit, and account holders can request data deletion. HOW TO GET STARTED 1. Add your question paper. 2. Create and review the AI answer key. 3. Scan or upload student answer sheets. 4. Review suggested marks and feedback. 5. Approve results and explore student and class insights. Spend less time checking papers. Make more time for teaching.
