Intuitive and efficient apartment transfer with AbaCheck. The iPadOS app AbaCheck facilitates the daily work of real estate managers. Planned housing inspections are transferred directly from the Abacus industry solution AbaImmo to the app. Thanks to the integration of housing plans, the tour becomes child's play. Individual rooms are done with a tap. Defects are recorded quickly and easily thanks to individually definable conditions and stored lump sums. They can be supplemented with additional information such as photos or text. Changes are saved and synchronized with Abacus AbaImmo. For verification, the log can be shown in detail, summarized or displayed as a print preview. The acceptance protocol is signed directly on the iPad and sent via e-mail to the parties involved. At the same time, it will be saved as a PDF in the tenant dossier of AbaImmo. • Requirement The app requires the latest software version of Abacus AbaImmo.
