Verdict
The clearest difference is in-app purchases: KamiCare at none against DayGram's 3. KamiCare also leads on review sentiment (100% vs 74%) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.6). DayGram's advantage is rating (4.5 vs 4.0) and update cadence (every 3 days vs monthly). On price and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. DayGram sells 3 one-off in-app purchases. KamiCare asks for nothing beyond the download.
DayGram holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 4.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: DayGram has 253 ratings behind it against 4, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 74% of DayGram's written reviews are positive against 100% of KamiCare's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
DayGram ships an update every 3 days, KamiCare monthly. The most recent releases landed on October 29, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
