Verdict
ValleyCentral and MyRGV.com both sit at 4.7 stars, but that hides the real split: 100% of MyRGV.com's written reviews are positive against 35% of ValleyCentral's. ValleyCentral's advantage is update cadence (every 6 weeks vs every 8 months) and ratings volume (1.8K vs 42). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.
