TRACK TIME THE WAY YOU WORK • One tap starts the timer on the project you're working on • Forgot to start it? Add entries manually at any time • Split an entry in two when one session covered two things • Move an entry to another project if you picked the wrong one • Mark work as billable or non-billable • Add a short description so you remember what you actually did CUSTOMERS & PROJECTS • Store customers with address, email, phone and website • Set a default hourly rate per customer and override it per project • Give a project a budget and get warned before you run over it • Internal projects without a customer, for your own work • Colors and SF Symbols make every customer and project instantly recognizable • Archive finished projects without losing their history TASK TYPES Categorize your entries — design, development, meetings, research, admin, or whatever fits your business.
