The clearest difference is ratings volume: Bridge at 1.4K against MetaDynamic MDForms's 4. Bridge also leads on rating (4.8 vs 4.5) and update cadence (every 2 months vs every 8 months). MetaDynamic MDForms's advantage is iOS requirement (12.0 vs 16.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.
