This is the NEW MacGregor HSEQ app, a customized and branded version of the original app "HSEQ Free", developed by Mellora AS in Norway, a tool to help us become even better! We at MacGregor believe in the KIS-principle. Keep It Simple. Too many organizations make their HSEQ-system way too complicated, resulting in lack of reporting and just a lot of bureaucratic mess. Our app and database is designed to be easy to use and without all not necessary features and buttons. However, the app and database fulfills all our HSEQ-reporting requirements and we consider the improvement possibilities when introducing it in our company to be huge. You may report all HSE Incidents, Quality Nonconformities and Improvement proposals in an easy manner. To be able to use the app you will need a username and password. The mobile app. "Onboard Image Logger" simplifies the process of taking photos and videos of onboard conditions for the survey applicant (including crew members acting on the applicant's behalf) and sharing them with ClassNK, which enables close image information linkage between the ship and ClassNK. Details are as follows:   ◆Flow to Mobile Application Use After the survey application submitted by the applicant is accepted, the applicant will be notified (via email attachment) of an mobile app. guidance letter with a QR code for the survey where this mobile app. is considered acceptable to use. Please follow the instructions in the guidance letter to start using the mobile app.   ◆Sharing of photo and video data By reading the QR code embedded with information based on the survey application with the mobile app, the initial information is automatically entered, reducing the data entry work of the photographer. Once the QR code is scanned, a photo or video is taken, explanatory information is added, and once successfully transmitted, the information is shared with ClassNK.
