Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Timer ٞ at 4.4 against Timer+S's 1.0. Timer ٞ also leads on ratings volume (1.2K vs 1) and review sentiment (36% vs 17%). Timer+S's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and update cadence (every 2 months vs every 16 months). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.
