Verdict
The clearest difference is review sentiment: RingOS at 100% against Funny Ringtones +'s 41%. Funny Ringtones +'s advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 4) and rating (4.4 vs 4.0). On price, ads, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.
Scored on Price · Rating · Positive reviews · Number of ratings · Update frequency · Ads · In-app purchases · Monetization · Best chart rank · Devices · Requires iOS
Both are free to download. RingOS sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per 7 days. Funny Ringtones + asks for nothing beyond the download.
Funny Ringtones + holds the better App Store score, 4.4 against 4.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Funny Ringtones + has 1.2K ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 41% of Funny Ringtones +'s written reviews are positive against 100% of RingOS's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
