Verdict
The clearest difference is ads: YourStream at none against Police Ringtones's shown. YourStream also leads on update cadence (every 6 weeks vs every 19 months) and rating (5.0 vs 4.6). Police Ringtones's advantage is ratings volume (148 vs 1) and iOS requirement (12.0 vs 26.1). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.
