Both are free to download. Spectrum Analyzer sells 13 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per 7 days and Youlean Loudness Meter Lite sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per year. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

ReceptionRating · Positive reviews · Number of ratings

Spectrum Analyzer holds the better App Store score, 4.2 against 3.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Spectrum Analyzer has 197 ratings behind it against 20, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 5% of Spectrum Analyzer's written reviews are positive against 47% of Youlean Loudness Meter Lite's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

UpkeepUpdate frequency

Spectrum Analyzer ships an update fortnightly, Youlean Loudness Meter Lite every 6 weeks. Both last shipped on September 29, 2026.
