The clearest difference is rating: عرب ٤٨ at 5.0 against Tzofar's 4.5. عرب ٤٨ also leads on review sentiment (100% vs 71%). Tzofar's advantage is ratings volume (120 vs 1) and update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 6 weeks). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.
