Verdict
Push the Circles and Collide both sit at 5.0 stars, but that hides the real split: 100% of Collide's written reviews are positive against 50% of Push the Circles's. Collide also leads on ratings volume (151 vs 1) and iOS requirement (14.0 vs 18.6). Push the Circles's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 5) and update cadence (every 7 months vs every 15 months). On price, rating, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Collide sells 5 one-off in-app purchases. Push the Circles asks for nothing beyond the download.
Push the Circles holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Collide has 151 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 50% of Push the Circles's written reviews are positive against 100% of Collide's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
Push the Circles ships an update every 7 months, Collide every 15 months. The most recent releases landed on November 1, 2026 and November 3, 2026 respectively.
