Do you submit your own meter readings? OcrBalance does the hard part: you photograph the display, and the reading is decoded automatically, digit by digit. HOW IT WORKS 1. Point the camera at the meter. Recognition runs on the phone itself and draws a live frame around the digit window, so you know up front whether the shot will work. 2. Tap once. The photo goes off to be decoded and comes back with the reading. 3. Check it and send. The value lands in your account together with the photo. SEE EXACTLY WHAT WAS READ You get more than a number. For every digit you see the crop it was read from, how confident the reading is, and what the runner-up would have been. Uncertain digits are flagged with the reason: the drum was mid-roll, the model hesitated, or the digit may not be there at all. That tells you which digit deserves a second look, instead of just that "something is uncertain". HISTORY WITH PROOF Every reading you send stays in your history along with its photo. Open an entry and you get the value, the date and the picture at full size — useful if a billing question ever comes up. TWO WAYS TO SHOOT • Smart — on-device detection unlocks the shutter only when the display is properly framed. • Simple — for meters the detector does not recognise. Shoot at any time; decoding stays on the server. ALSO • Interface in Romanian, Russian and English. • Photos are kept on the phone, so the history opens instantly. • If a reading comes back wrong, you can report it. The correction is used to improve recognition; what was already uploaded to your account stays as it is. The app needs an account tied to your contract number. You can register from inside the app.
