Verdict
The clearest difference is review sentiment: Salah at 100% against Mumineen.org's 50%. Salah also leads on update cadence (monthly vs every 3 months) and iOS requirement (7.0 vs 10.0). Mumineen.org's advantage is rating (4.3 vs 1.0) and ratings volume (9 vs 1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
Mumineen.org holds the better App Store score, 4.3 against 1.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Mumineen.org has 9 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 50% of Mumineen.org's written reviews are positive against 100% of Salah's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
Mumineen.org ships an update every 3 months, Salah monthly. Both last shipped on November 1, 2026.
